Mother of five needs help with dental cost. Pain so bad up all night and cant go on. I am in need of some to help. I feel if I dont get help soon it will be to late. I cant take care of my kids by myself if I am hurting all the time and up nights. Please help. I am 28 and had 5 kids so close together that they drained me of all my calcium now my teeth are breaking away. I work but barely make enough to pay the bills. I have 1 child with disablities and it is hard to make ends meat/
